This is a brief Chakra Incantation ~ using Affirmational words to connect to the aligned vibration of each Chakra. Use to re-Center, Connect & Align. This can be listened to in the morning to establish the right intention for the day, in the evening to re-Center after a day of interacting with the world. Or it can be listened any time to when you want to feel connected to yourself.

This is a guided meditation to take you on a journey to meet the Great Mystery. This Eternal Essence is within you, around you, guiding you, supporting you, blessing you...watching over you. When we meet the Mystery we reactivate our inner Spiritual Connection to All That Is. We Remember that we are indeed loved and we awaken our Inner Love. We drop further into the Present moment and hear the language of Reality, always whispering and guiding us Home.

ATLANTIS - Guided Journey: Atlantean Soul Awakening

Atlantis is renowned across cultural history around the world. It represents the height of human civilization. At its peak, the Atlantean civilization was an incredible marvel of spiritual connection and understanding of 'magic', working with the energies of the Universe. Atlantis also carries the Great Fall and has left a deep wound in our collective psyche, especially as we approach Ascension during these times. In this journey we will work with the Atlantean priests and priestesses to activate your Soul Awakening.

Evening Prayer - Meditation

This is a meditation / prayer for the Evening before sleep. It provides a Clearing for the days energies, thoughts, ideas. A place to disengage from what has happened yet also reflect back upon the day with love, acceptance, kindness and forgiveness. This sets the tone for a restful sleep. I created this because every day it is natural: to feel, think, contemplate, analysis, judge, be at a whim of your insecurities, fears, and ideas, concepts, influence. The myriad of life’s daily experience. Yet all of this is can settle as chaotic within the subconscious unless disengaged from ~ through meditation or prayerful intention work. Use this to clear your mind, give permission to your body to rest and enter the magic of sleep with peace in your heart and soul.

Quantum Energy Clearing & Purification

This exercise asks you to be standing and moving your arms in certain directions to work with your Chi, Energy Field, and Consciousness. Here are the poses as a guide, please do not worry about doing it 'wrong'. You will find your own way. 1) Arms at your side, slightly extended from your hips, with palms facing forward; 2) Arms outwards, like an aeroplane, with palms facing downwards; 3) Arms up, so your body makes a Y shape, palms inward, and 4) Arms straight up, like superman/girl! Palms inward.

 

Return To Love

This is a brief gentle guided journey to remember who you are. Guiding you through words and phrases to whisper to your Soul, so you may bring yourself back to the natural essence of your still point. Listen at any point, perhaps on the move, after a long day, when you have a moment, or when you simply feel you want to Return to Love.
